Venice Marathon

The Venice Marathon is a certified road race in Italy, beginning at Villa Pisani in Stra, continuing along the scenic Brenta Riviera—home to historic 18th-century villas—before runners enter Venice via Ponte della Libertà. The route passes through Parco San Giuliano in Mestre, crosses a temporary floating bridge over the Grand Canal, and finishes at Riva Sette Martiri, overlooking St. Mark’s Basin near Piazza San Marco and the Doge’s Palace.
