Moonlight Half Marathon

The Moonlight Half Marathon is an international night race held in Jesolo, a coastal town just north of Venice. Runners start at Piazza Milano around sunset and follow a 21 km loop through the Jesolo countryside, alongside the shimmering Cavetta Canal, past the marina at Cortellazzo, and across beachfront pine groves before finishing back in the town center.

The route is entirely flat, designed for speed and scenic effect, under streetlights and moonlight. An accompanying 10K race uses the final segment of the course. The race village in Piazza Milano offers bib pick‑up, refreshments, changing facilities, and post‑race celebrations.

When not racing, participants can enjoy Jesolo’s long sandy beaches, beachfront promenades, nightlife at piazzas and bars, and easy access to Venice’s historic canals and culture.
