Ring Running Series

The Ring Running Series is a unique road racing experience held at the iconic Hockenheimring motorsport circuit in Germany. This event features certified marathon and half marathon distances, both run in a single lap on the Formula 1 track—ideal for runners chasing personal bests on smooth asphalt and flat terrain.

Runners begin and finish within the grandstands and paddock area. The closed track, safety infrastructure, and wide course enable a secure and spectator-friendly environment. Motivating features include a live sound system, DJs, and commentators along the route, creating a festival-like energy even during solo pacing.

All race categories use officially measured circuits recognized by AIMS, making performances eligible for qualifying marks and national record lists. The course’s continuous loop also allows participants to see friends and fans multiple times throughout the race.

Spectators enter the venue free of charge. Additional attractions include e-kart driving, motorsport museum tours, and access to the original podium, paddock area, hairpin bend, and Porsche Experience Center—all within the circuit grounds.
