This season’s Formula E calendar, the largest in the history of the event, is indeed global and an exciting travel itinerary for motorsport fans.

The 2025-26 ABB FIA Formula E World Championship features 18 races across 12 cities — with two new venues joining the lineup: Madrid and Miami.

The inclusion of Spain’s capital adds a new European hub, while a stop in the Sunshine State deepens the series’ footprint in North America.

This calendar not only challenges drivers across continents; it also gives motorsport tourists a chance to visit vibrant cities and landmark circuits worldwide.

According to the event organization, races were grouped by continent to limit freight transport, reduce CO₂ emissions and maximise efficiencies across regions.

The season starts in late 2025 and goes on until Summer 2026

The season begins in São Paulo, Brazil, then moves to Mexico City in January 2026 before debuting in Miami.

For its Miami debut, Formula E returns to Florida via the Miami International Autodrome at Hard Rock Stadium — the same layout used for previous EVO sessions.

In Spain, the Circuito de Madrid-Jarama hosts Formula E’s capital entry. This marks the first world motorsport event in Madrid since 1989.

Berlin remains a staple circuit, in the old Tempelhof airport, being one of the few cities to appear in every season, while Monaco returns with a double weekend on the classic street circuit.

Shanghai, one of the key Asian stages, comes with two races before moving on to Tokyo. Finally, London’s Excel Arena circuit hosts the season finale with two races.

Formula E still has a pair of racing locations to confirm in May and June, but. Follow Tourisports’ social media for updates on E-Prix locations and stay informed on the latest sports tourism news through our website.
